Filmed on location in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. Chikwanga is for Congolese what french fries are for Belgians or potatoes are for Peruvians. You can eat Chikwanga with everything: a fried fish, a vegetable sauce, grilled chicken, or even just with some chili.
Mama Mubaro takes us on a culinary tour to taste the different types of Chikwanga that we can find in the street markets of Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
