Filmed on location in Bukavu, Goma and Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This documentary portrays the difficult job of the Human Rights officers of the United Nations Mission for the Democratic Republic of Congo (MONUSCO). Despite their courageous efforts in the fight against impunity and their attempts to establish an effective justice system, the situation remains largely the same.
This short length documentary was made in 2009. Now, the Human Rights situation has improved but the essence of the problem remains the same.
